About Oven Universal (Memmert Type)
These are study double walled units with outer chamber made of M.S. sheet duly enamel painted with inner made up of anodized aluminium or S.S.sheet. The gap between inner and outer chamber is filled with high grade glass wool to avoid thermal losses. Beaded heating elements are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides. inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting perforated shelves to convenient height. temperature is controlled by digital temperature indicator-cum-controller from 50*C to 300* with accuracy of _+3*C. Air Ventilators are also provided on the sides of the unit. To work on 220/230 volts A.C. Supply. All units are fitted with air circulation fan as a standard feature.
Reliable Laboratory PerformanceThe Memmert Universal Oven stands out for its robust construction and consistent results. Constructed with a powder-coated mild steel exterior and a stainless steel inner chamber, it resists corrosion and provides long-term reliability. Its high-grade glass wool insulation ensures energy efficiency, while precision rotary controls enable accurate temperature adjustments, making it ideal for routine laboratory processes.
Superior Temperature Control and SafetyAchieve up to 250C with confidence using the ovens capillary type thermostat, which offers an accuracy of 2C. The analog display allows for straightforward monitoring, and the over-temperature safety cut-off provides an extra layer of protection for sensitive laboratory work. The uniformity of heating, coupled with natural air convection, enhances reproducibility and safety in daily operations.
